The EDM department compliments our wire erosion service allowing greater flexability to machine hardened materials. Spark erosion enables us to machine highly accurate shapes and profiles which conventional manufacturing techniques cannot achieve. We also offer a high speed hole drilling service which enables us to spark small diameter holes,0.3mm dia through 250mm maximum thickness,in almost any conductive material.
